Website CMS Design - Fast Internet and Portal Site for Students

I designed this site when working for Inspired Web Solutions and Inspire Net. This is a design created for the local university students to be able to sign up their fast internet connections; read student news and visit some local websites. I designed the site to be clean and simple with a 70's flavour to it - a bit retro!
